Tickets were at a premium when the Philadelphia Phillies and the New York Mets played at the London Stadium in June, 2024. More than 100,000 fans from the US and UK attended the two-game series and Major League Baseball, one of the biggest sport brands in the world, trusted Quatri Sport with producing their event programme.

We liaised with the MLB editorial team to formulate a content plan that would appeal both to baseball newcomers in the UK needing a guide and travelling fans from the US wanting a souvenir.

Great design is quite simply a game-changer. Using MLB brand assets, we created a dynamic design template that fitted the brief and beyond.

We formulated a production schedule, sub-edited and proofed. Two account managers ensured clear communication and smooth workflow.

We partnered with a trusted, industry-leading UK printer and managed stadium allocations and delivery, including mailing requirements and client copies.
Something extra
Attention to detail matters. Adding a free double-sided scorecard for game 1 and game 2 was a great selling point on the day and ensured that fans could capture every minute of the action as it unfolded.
